it meanz that this person has died in 193 BC.
d. 193 B. C -
d : is for dead
193 B.C : is the year

if t'waz b.193 B.C : showz the person was born in 193 B.C

sorry it was a misprint...it's supposed to be (c. 193 B.C.), or circa 193 BC - or around the year 193 Before Christ...
