They cannot refill as the oil was trapped there...as biomass. New oil wells in the future will be created but will take millions of years to create...

Depends on the rock the oil is found in. It may never recover. There are wells where the rocker pump at the top is only turned on for a few hours a day because any more would result in no additional oil.

it doesnt. an oil well is like a chocolate milkshake, you can either shove the straw deeper to reach the bottom of the glass or ur slurping air bubbles cos theres nothing left. oil takes millions of years to form and is only found in "pockets" that are sucked out until they are dry.
