Assuming only the title is in Chinese you can just save it under a different name (eliminating the Chinese characters). You may also have to install East Asian languages within Windows, this can be done under the control panel.

Most printers will print what you see. First, make the document look right. Then it should print right. Also, confirm with the person who created the document which language was used, Simplified Chinese orTraditional Chinese. If you don't know, assume it is Simplified Chinese which is the modern form and used by all of China except Taiwan and parts of Guangdong Province but used even in those two places if it is intended to be readable away from their home area.

If you have a Windows computer, you need to install 2 things:
1. Microsoft Input Method Editor for Office XP
2. East Asian language support.
Get the first from a Microsoft web page download. Get the second from your Help guide and Windows installation CD. Just open your Help guide from the Start menu and type "East Asian language". You'll find instructions there. Then install the IME from the Microsoft page listed below. There is a school's web page link also that can help to use the Windows version.

If you have Mac OS, Simplified Chinese is installed by default unless you installed OS X by a custom selection and unchecked Simplified Chinese. Just open System Preferences and open the International pane. Now choose the Input Menu tab. Go to the next-to-last one in the list and, if you can read Chinese, you see it says Simplified Chinese (It has the mainland flag with yellow star). Put a check in the box. Now, if you want to change the default language to Simplified Chinese, you can choose the Language tab and move Simplified chinese up to the top. It should be at the bottom by default. To change the language for any program, click on the flag in the top menu bar and choose the one you want. To change the default language, click on the desktop to make Finder become the front program and then select the flag you want.
