As long as it's a moderately small one I'd say yes. The one's at the Petco I visited this past week were in a 5 gal. and there were 3 of em living in it. I guess just don't cram it full of funiture. Just the neccesities.

A single house gecko can live in a five gallon tank but better yet, set it loose in your house and there will not be a bug or spider anywhere. They are excellent at eating roaches too. They are too fast for animals or children to catch and like to stay on the wall or ceiling. We have them loose in our pet shop and have babies all the time. The eggs are the size of a pea. If you keep it in a cage, use some live plants and lightly mist the tank at least once a day but don't overdo it.

the last answer dose he have insurence mad me laugh hard...lol but yes they wont grow unless they have roon just feed him and give him water a heat rock and some plants give attantion to dont clean his tank with windex you will kill him alil anti bactiral soup mixed with water shal do fine

Yes. Bigger is better though. Don't use a heat rock. Use a heating pad instead.
