How do I recover my pictures?

My daughter got saliva in the memory stick for my camcorder, and now its not working. I thought it would work after it dried out but it didn't. Is there any way I can retrieve the photos I had stored on it?

repair the memory stick from shop and use it

Definilty not. But the stick should work after all the salicva is dried in the inside.
