If you have, Can anyone explain the ending to me because I am totally lost

In the theatrical version she makes it out of the caves, and makes it to one of the trucks. If you recall in the earlier scenes how she hallucinates, that's what happens. She may have made it out alive, but she still doesn't have her mind. Psychological thriller mumbo jumbo.

In the theatrical version, she makes it out of the cave and zooms down the road in a truck. Of course she pretty much nuts because of the traumatizing events that took place. In the unrated cut this final sequence is extended and it shows that she is still in the cave and has no chance of escaping.

There are two different endings which did you see?
In one she actually escapes but you can tell she has totally lost it.
In the other she never actually escaped.
But that could just be my interpretation.

yes. at the end, the girl who killed 2 of the other girls [[or however many she killed]] she comes up all of a sudden to the surviver. i dunno how to explain it. the ending was disappointing to me.
