I use to get 1% of yearly income. Was just doing warehouse work.

We have a great program. We actually earn our bonus all year long, it's a vacation/savings plan. For each hour we work, we get that amount of hours times a set hourly rate put into a fund and once a year in July, we get a check. It's like a nice savings plan without having to remember to put the money away. My husband has the same thing, but his check is issued in November, just in time for holiday shopping....it's a union thing.

I get between 8 and 13 percent of my salary...it depends on the year that we've had.
I'm in the non-profit sector, and am at the Director level....
