I'd also say 200. you can get a pretty descent laptop for 400 these days. duocore laptop range around 900+ just for comparison.

$200 - goto ebay and see what market value is -
Its only worth what someone is willing to pay for it - and I cant imagine someone wanting to pay more than $200 for that
