It turns on, a white screen appears, and then it goes blank, but the music still plays? Is there a way to fix this? Already tried resetting it, didn't work. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

u have to take it back to apple and they can give u a new one or fix it..

If out of warrenty check out www.irepair.ca. Free diagnostic and quote for repairs, Apple will not repair screens under warranty.

ur screen is busted, take it back because its a hardware fault not a software one.
