false, if you have to manipulate, which is wrong in the first place, it only brings you less respect. you can only advise someone else of alternatives, which will lead them to make up their own choice. Try learning to be more opened minded to other peoples points of view. In doing so, they will be more inept to reconsidering their own point of view.
