Try to avoid doing a comparison of your sister and her superior parenting skills that her ex does not have. Instead try to bring attention to the fact she believes the relationship between the child and Dad just as important as the the relationship between child and Mom is. Which ever parent is most likely to take the responsibility to ensure the relationship between child and other parent is how it should be. I hope your sister is one of those people. If she is just trying to get custody to prevent the child from seeing dad, well I hope that she ends up losing, and if that is dads intention, then I hope he loses. The one thing for sure is that there is someone that loses no matter who wins, and that is the child,

God bless you for such a thoughtful loyal friend.

I would write a picture of what a excellent woman she is and how she excels as a parent and give examples How she juggles work and career, How she brings home the bacon and frys it up in a pan and get the leftovers and never complains. What qualities she teaches her children. Then i would go over it with her attorney to see if all the legal guidelines have been met God bless i am sure you will do well

Imagine if you had to write a letter about yourself and your good points. Just do it for her good qualities. Remark about how you've seen her act with her children, with other people's children, does she go out of her way to do things, did she get good grades in school, anything that would shine a good light on her. You can't go overboard on this, write all that you want.

i ACTUALLY WENT TO COURT WITH SOMEONE TO VOUCH FOR THEM AND SHE GOT CUSTODY. I ASKED THE JUDGE IF I COULD SAY SOMETHING AND HE SAID YES AND I TOLD HIM EVERYTHING I WANTED TO SAY ABOUT HER. I THINK ITS BETTER IF POSSIBLE IF YOU GO.
