Check in the city where you were born, at the newspaper place. they may have one for a small fee. Actually if it doesn't matter, any city newspaper place.

You can SEE it at the library near the location of your birth, presumably. To obtain a hard copy original, you may have to contact the newspaper itself, which could usually be done using the same number listed to post a classified ad (which is IN the newspaper in question).

Well, I don't think anybody knows unless you tell
us where you were born and when.
With that info I'd go to Google/Yahoo, look up the
place, contact the local paper(s) and find out which
ones were in operation on THE day. Or you could try
the library at where ever you were born. They might
have copies on microfilm.

Depends on the newspaper that you want. Say you wanted the New York Times, you can contact their archive site and purchase some editions for a small fee.

in my city - you can purchase them from the local paper. However I believe it only goes back so many years after which you might be able to purchase a microfilm.
Ask at your local library - they have them all on microfilm.
