I would say the battery on your motherboard is not supplying proper juice anymore.

I experienced the same problem. I ran my anti-virus and ad-aware and they found nothing. Finally after days of disgust I booted in to safe mode and ran my ad-aware and anti-virus. BINGO! I do not remember what it was but my ad-aware found something and removed it. I deleted the quarantine and then I ran again until everything came back clean. The problem was gone. I hope this works for you. Here are links to ad-aware download and Safe Mode instructions. I hope this works for you.

the problem related not just CMOS battery, you need to bring your computer to the repair shop. it can be resistor, or capacitor the directly connected to CMOS battery on your motherboard.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
