Some people have a black circle around thier eyes ... therefore can you please tell my what are the causes of these circles ?? and How could those people cope with these circles under thier desire to vanish them??

As long as you don't have any medical issues you kinda stuck with that. Good makeup techniques can help. Go to a high end cosmetic counter at a large department store and ask them for a makeover and see what kind of concealer works best for you. Go to a couple of different ones before you buy, it may be a little expensive but worth it it for the good stuff.

Invest in a cocoa butter stick and rub it around the dark circles of your eyes. It's a skin toner so your complexion will equalize and smooth out.
