Im ttc also & have been reading all these answers for best ways to fall pregnant & not one person has bothered to say that sex is supposed to fun, loving & an intimate experience with your partner that you both can enjoy. We desperately want a baby but we have decided not to chart, not to use ovulation tests or any of that stuff because once you start doing that you lose track of each other & dont enjoy making your baby. Sorry I know this probably wasnt what you wanted to hear, but I really do feel that people arent loving each other enough anymore.Theres just no fun in making a baby like that. Try just having fun with your fiance & find the love & romance in your relationship again,Im sure once thats found again(because we do forget that side sometimes) you'll make that gorgeous baby you so want.

It takes the average healthy couple 6 months to conceive-even if you try to get pregnant doing everything by the book.Hang in there-it will happen-like you said-you have had a child before-so you are fertile!

There are lots of great options out there. One is to put a pillow under your hips after sex and stay lying down for at least thirty minutes. Remember it takes the average couple four months to get pregnant. More facts: 60% of couples get pregnant within the first 6 months. 95% are pregnant within the first year. Don't stress and good luck!

1. Take Robitussin (the plain expectorant, not the DM) (really)
2. Switch to every other-day or every-third-day (and don't have your husband or partner ejaculate on the off days). This will increase amount of sperm.

Don't have sex everyday. You only need to have sex every 2-3 days. Everday will only lower the sperm count.
