I think that too much emphasis is put on finding happiness rather than just enjoying the moment.
Some times, I am so busy, I forget to be happy. Sad hey?

The problem is that everyone knows their own true happiness, but afraid 2 pursue it, becuase it causes the streams of unhappiness. We are always looking for ways to get rich or wealthy and sometimes that doesn't always make one happy. Just listen to that inner voice and it will tell u that u already know and quit being afraid to change 4 u, not 4 the world...

asking this causing is like living in search of perfection in a world of imperfection...
searching for happiness is NOT the most important source of unhappiness. that important source is yourself.
you always have more than 1 choice when you encounter a situation. the choice you made to pursue that happiness comes with a consequence. most unhappiness stem from being irrational and pressured by negative influences.
In your pursuit of happiness if your conscience is clear and whatever outcome you chose, then even if what could be seem 'unhappiness' for others is blissful for you..

It's difficult because what makes one person happy might not for another person. But searching for what makes you happy should never make you unhappy. That lets you know that you should start searching in another area. But then again, you also have to work at it sometimes before reality comes to light, and you know what is behind the curtain. It's tricky, very, very tricky. But never stop searching, never stop exploring, because that is what life is all about, exploring and searching. It's a whirlwind of emotions and actions and consequences, but in the end all those things are interesting. Like a great man once said:
"Life may not always be nice, kind, or fair, but at least it's interesting."
