Who on the team is the most underrated San Diego Charger? I'm going to go with Lorenzo Neal since he can block and can carry a little bit but he's a proven asset to the Charger's arsenal.

How can Neal be underrated when he's a pro bowler. They have 9 pro bowlers so I find it difficult for sum1 on that team to underrated when that entire team is praised so much. Watch out for Vincent jackson though he's good.

This may sound stupid, because I dont know if you can call being the back up to the best running back in the game underrated, But im going to say Michael Turner, That man is a great back and could be a starter in alot of places, i imagine a team like oakland would die to get their hands on him this year, they could use their pick on a QB or OL...Turner is fast strong and experienced, which gives him the edge over any rookie back, they are obviously teaching those guys something right out there in San Diego. However if you want most underrated player that contributes on more than specials teams and the occasional drive to spell LT, then Im gona agree and say Lorenzo Neal, FB are always underrated

Lorenzo Neal and Donnie Edwards. Neal is definitely still one of the top fullbacks in the league, and probably the best blocking fullback. Donnie Edwards is always among the leagues top tacklers, this year getting 142 tackles (98 solo), 2 forced fumbles, 2.5 sacks, and 3 intereceptions as a middle linebacker.

I would tend to agree with you. LoNeal is an awesome asset for the team and I believe he is responsible for many of the yards LT got. How many 3rd and shorts did he complete....in a row? Can catch, block, carry. A great one-two punch.
I would also put a serious vote on McNeil. The man is a monster on the line.

Nate Kaeding.

He's automatic. Special teams, including the kicker have been completely overlooked this year.

Neal is a stud, but a Pro Bowl berth means he's not been overlooked for once.
