A man left his two children on the train platform to save a young man who fell into a seizure, and dropped on the track, just as the train approached. He had to keep him still and calm while the train stopped, and then another twenty minutes for the power to be cut.

Would you make this split second decision. ?

I don't think anyone can be 100% sure of how they would react in a high adrenaline situation such as this one but I would hope that I would do what it would take to save a life.

Honestly, if I thought there was a good chance that I could save them, yes, I would. If I thought that there was a limited chance that either of us would survive I would not. I'm not being cowardly or anything - but you must all agree that two lives lost is worse than one.

I would love to give you the action hero answer of yes. But until I am really in that situation, I have no idea how I would react or how fast. I hope I would do the right thing.

Yes, if I thought I could do it safely. No, if I didn't think I could.
