I think he doesn't. I saw him winning a international price a few years ago and he said at the stage in his speech: "I don't know how to speak in English, so I will make my speech in Italian". And he did his speech in Italian.

What shows how dumb he is cause there are more people in the world that speaks Portuguese than Italian, he could have just made his speech in Portuguese.

Yes he can but as good as his soccer performance right now
