Quite often when kids wet the bed, it's because they're afraid of one of their parents (usually the father). I imagine pooing in bed has the same cause.
If this is the case, then your little one obviously has some serious anxiety issues which need taking care of. Your question doesn't come across as terribly empathetic or caring - I hope your attitude to your child is a better than that.
