How do I go about enforcing a debt from a divorce agreement?

I also have a court order for court cost.Iknow this person is about to recieve an inheirentence.

File an action for mandamus in court for the person to pay his debt arising from a divorce agreement. Prove the debt and present the agreement so that its provisions can be enforced.

Obviously this has to be told to your lawyer. If upheld and enacted in court, his or her wages can be garnished
