Well I believe that my deceased grandfather was in my old apartment. Weird things would happen like my computer speakers would turn on by themselves and start making odd sounds. One night I was walking to my bedroom past the kitchen and I saw a white light shadow, so I just assumed it was him. He loved being in the kitchen and he loved computers and technology...

Don't know if this is actually paranormal..had a "dream" I was flying...only I believe I really was. I woke up on the back porch leaning over the bars when I was 7- I am now 25- my mother found me muttering a womans name,(I will call her ***), and asked me who *** was. I told her I did not know who *** was and I asked her why the hell was I on the back porch at 5am? , she said I must have been sleepwalking- only I never had and never have.. I found out months ago that my fathers family,(excluding his grandfather who was turned into a christian by missionaries visiting his island) were all well known "practitioners"of black magic. Apparently there are "legends" of my ancestors being able to fly. Even now there are older people who say that they saw my ancestors flying to another island to warn of an attack... and on the other island where my ancestors flew to there is a "legend" about a flying messenger who saved them in a time of war. My fathers generation have begun naming their children old tribal names again- my sisters name means "cracked skull", apparently other people who live on my dads island are wary of my family- I live in Australia- and I have been warned that I would not be very warmly welcomed there because most of them are now christian. Anyway I read about astral- travel and tried it once and I swear it worked- but it totally freaked me out and my father told me not to do it ever again and now I am christian, but I sometimes wonder....

I lived in a small rickety old house that was haunted by an elderly woman and man. He was never in the house but always doing things outside the house. I would wake up because I'd hear his truck running outside the window and smelling bacon cooking and could hear her humming from the kitchen. It was a pleasant experience for me.

My GF always had her closet doors open and EVERY cabinet doors in the kitchen would sometimes open when she left the room. Lots of strange and unpleasant things happened to her. I don't think they liked her in their home. She always thought I was playing pranks on her.

I never told her what I was experiencing from the house.

My aunt died in 2001 before 9/11. We were coming home from her funeral to my grandmothers house. my mom was very upset and wished she knew if she was OK. We were about to pass some tracks when the stick thing (The thing that stops you when a train comes) Went up and down for about 30 seconds. There was no train and we got through. we thought it was a sign.

Before that in 2000, my great grand father died. at his funeral the only blue light in the room went out. then it flashed when we asked him yes or no Questions (1 for yes, 2 for no). It was weird.

Lastly for the first few years we moved to my current home (1992), a little girl has been in our dreams and some times we all most seen her. My life is weird.

I can honestly say I've never had a paranormal experience, but I was really "close" to one. A friend of mine and I were taking a road trip and my friend was driving. I had reached the dial to change the radio station and my friend screamed and basically started wigging out. He said that a jogger appeared about 20 feet in front of the car and disappeared in the rear view about 20 feet behind the car (we went right through him).

Again, I didnt see it myself, but we made note of the highway and nearest mile marker and on the way back home we stopped by the hall of records in the city in question--turns out a jogger was killed in a hit-and-run in nearly exactly the same location. Freaky.

I was 14 and had just gotten into bed. Then in the corner of my room I heard this growling. It was super scary not like and animal. Then my mattress began being tossed in the air. I was still in bed. Too scared to run for my mom. "It" was obviously under my bed. I scream until my mom upstairs heard me. My mom later told me she used to hear the growling when she was younger. The second most scary thing that has happened was in the early morning. I was a teen in my room listening to music, reading whatever. I heard my moms voice calling me outside my room. But instead of me just opening the door I froze and was incomplete terror. It must have called me ten times. If it was my mom she would just open the door and check on me. I prayed that it would not come in. I asked my mom the next day if she had come upstairs and she said no. So it wasn't her, but whatever it was I was scared.

woke up one night about 3 months after my son was born. He was sleeping in a crib at the foot of the bed. There was this green glowing ball about the size of a softball floating about 2 feet over his head. I woke up my wife and asked if she is seeing this. She said yes, what is it? I said I have no idea, we both laid back down and went to sleep. In the morning we woke and hurried to see if he was OK. We couldn't figure out why we would go back to sleep with this happening. freaky. Now he's 25, normal. nothing unusual has ever happened to him.

I had dreams about my future wife 4 years ago. I wrote it down and kept it hidden until I met her 3 years ago. I showed it to her last year and it describes her from head to toe. The funny thing is that we lived in 2 different states at the time, so I couldn't have just bumped into her. So if you believe in a true soul mate, just believe in your dreams and it might come true...

I had a demon in my room, it was like a black cloud, but writhing. I thought I was imagining it at first, so I put on the light, but it was still there. Its name was fear. It wanted to take over my body, but God took it away from me. I know it will never come back. I have also seen a silent running black triangle, and heard heavy footsteps in our house when everyone else was asleep, the sound woke me up.
