So there's a teenager/ highschool dance and its theme is "007 License to Thrill". I want to look cute but I don't know what to wear. Help???

Pardon me for being blunt, but a lot of teen girls are probably going to take "License to Thrill" the wrong way and try for really skanky outfits. You don't want to go down this route. I would say a nice sleek outfit or dress would probably be best - remember, bond girls are more known to be cool and calm (except when 007 is in close contact), so be sophisticated and you'll have fun and look great!

Wear a nice long dress(like Barbie)of ur favourate color & makeup urself light that suits ur personality,thats all.If u wanna look gorgious then u can wear ear rings & some thing cool rings or watch,whatever u like!!!!!BEST OF LUCK!

wear a pretty dress that will highlight your eyes, or maybe your hair. Dont go for to flashy just go for something that when you walk into the room everyone will say whoa!
