I am 17 years old and I am 6'1" and emerging into 6"2' and I don't want to be any taller than I am.

Society tends to be getting taller these days...be glad you're tall and not short,I work with a guy that is 5ft short. LOL. Great guy,but girls just look at him like "little mikey" . Besides,being 6'2"-3" is perfect! Now if you were like 7ft tall...that could be a little awkward. :) You're fine,stop worrying about it,and like someone else said,people that poke fun are more than likely just jealous.

I personally think 6'2" is the perfect height for men. My husband is 6 foot, and he is often dwarfed by other men. It's hard on his ego. Be proud of your height. My brother is 6'5" and we all love it. It's cool to be a tall guy. If people make fun of you, it's only because they are jealous. It's like if you had a large package. It's only weird because you are in high school and are taller than many others.
Be proud of it.

You can't, but count your blessings! I bet the girls are all over you! We all love to have guys that are tallre than us because then we can lean on their shoulder and feel protected! I wish I was taller, but I can't do anything (the things i can do will harm my body, and i won't do that.) It's just the same for you. Please, don't only sleep four hours a day like someone said previously...that's bad for your health!

HOW COULD U WANT TO STOP GROWING, u should be happy cuz ur lucky ur tall, most people of my kind are SHORT!!
and besides u cant stop it, cuz u still have growth plates, the only way to stop is when all ur growth plates r gone
