i am a subcontract cleaner and i would like to be a contracter to get all the money paid for a cleaning. my contracter gets 2/3 of the money for me doing all the work. i wanr ro go out on my own.

Don't forget to contact your local insurance company to endorse yourself as "Fully Insured". (general liability), (workers comp). If you will hire employees contact your state and federal department of labor so you know that you are not breaking any laws. Hire someone to keep financial records for you.
