in the past 4 nights, i have slept a total of maybe 10 hours. i feel perfectly fine when i go to school. im not tried at all. Im active in sports. i would personally think that i should be tired. Could something be wrong?

At your age you would not felt tired, however its not good for health in long term. Also less sleeping creates problem for memorizing and bad for our brain.

Are you working out sufficiently ! If not then start doing some exercises. Do not take much food in dinner.

After not sleeping for some time, You can actually feel some euphoria. Are you taking any kind of medication or drinking energy drinks? Try sitting or laying in your bed with no distractions like a book or TV and see if you can just fall asleep. If it goes much longer, you may start to feel the effects later and really crash.

I'm the same way but I hate it when I can't get to sleep. I take Melatonin sometimes to help me sleep , it's an herbal sleep supplement and you can get it at GNC for like $6.

Try to get in bed around 9:00, and pet one of your animals (a cat for instance) and when it purrs, thats like sleeping potion.

It works, for that's what I do when I can't sleep.
Just keep petting it and you'll be to sleep in no time.

yes, it will catch up with you . stop drinking coffee andother caffinate drinks
maybe that will help
