I think it's fair. A good, thoughtful answer could take some time. The actual "best answer" to many questions may not be apparent until the right person comes along, say, 3 hours and 50 minutes after a question was initially asked.

I think it is...I thought the same as you at first, and then I realised that some people go back and answer your questions the next day as well...and some of those answers are well thought out. ; )

yeah,it probably is.
cuz otherwise some will pick the best answer in one hour and lotsa people who answers late will not be able to answer many questions.
