i'll go out on a limb and say that UST and UP-Manila have the best nursing programs in the country. not sure about international accreditation per se, but i would imagine that both schools have a lot of those.
if you're looking for "just" a good nursing school, you'll have tons of options. a handy guide would be the list of nursing centers of excellence:
http://www.ched.gov.ph/statistics/coecods.html
but just like one answerer said, passing the CGFNS exam is all that matters once you're ready to move back and work in the US.

The advantage of enrolling in an internationally accredited university is once the student graduate, the degree will be honored in other countries (Bachelor of Science in Nursing in this example, instead of being classified as a Certificate in Nursing).
If you prefer to study in Manila, the University of Santo Tomas is accredited. There are more, but I only definitely know this school.
Please contact the university/universities early. There are a lot of interested students wanting to get in the nursing degree.

A friend of mine is currently the head nurse in one of the top hospitals in Europe..she studied at the University of Santo Tomas in Espana, Manila. She says it was fantastic coz the school will provide you with a lot of hands-on experience, the tuition isn't that expensive, professors speak very good English, and you'll meet alot of foreign students.
Try looking it up the Internet :Type the complete name of the uni or just UST. Guluck!

You have many answers for Manila area but if you are looking into going further north such as Pampanga, Angeles City, we have a very popular university there called
ANGELES UNIVERSITY, it is also a medical school and a large private hospital. I know it is very credible because two fo my daughter - in -law were both graduated there.
