I've been looking around all over the net and I can only find a limited number of games that interest me. I've done lots of searches for PS2 games online and I can only find lists of "top ten" games. I've already bought a few - I just got my PS2 for Christmas. I've bought Shadow of the Colossus, God of War, Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, and Burnout Revenge.
I'm a big fan of Science Fiction, Fantasy, Racing, and Adventure games (not so much into Shoot 'em ups, Horror, Music, and Cutesy games). If you've got any recommendations for either mainstream or little-known games that I might like, please recommend them.
PS: Please - no Final Fantasy.

Clearly "poo" was not reading my question very carefully or he would have noticed that not only do I ALREADY have God of War, but I also do not like Shoot 'em Ups (such as Socom). Please do not answer questions without reading them first.

Ico is apart of the Shadow of the Collusus games. You should enjoy that. Xenosaga games are great there are three of them in total. Okami is another great game, and also has great artistic graphics and animations. Need for Speed Carbon and Need for Speed Most Wanted. Shadow Hearts series. X-Men Legends 1 and 2. Romance of the Three Kingdom series is excellent, those are really fun. That is all I can think of now, just go to a video game store and get what you think looks great and appeals to you.

try thr final fantasy games like final fantasy X and X-2 thay r fantasy games that r turn bast game play and try dragon quest 8 all of these games r $20 at walmart and i think thay r $15 at best buy have fun i did thay r graet games.
