dear friend...i understand ur pain in fencing ur girl friend. but did u think of the consequences after ur action ? 1st of all...it is better to discuss with ur g.f. otherwise, it may dent your friendship ( i mean it may hurt ur girlfriend if u do without informing her )..

find out other suitable job.....

if ur girl friend does not give u in writing that her boss is creating inconvenience to her, u can not take any type of action.

creat a strong bast for ur action.

handover thexerox copy of that letter at his house / police station / and at his staff/seniors too.

that would take care of every thing.

Please think atleast twice before ur action. if u have a advocate friend, talk to him too.

All the best.

I don't understand why you feel that you have to do anything. It is up to your girlfriend to decide how to handle the situation. She should consider reporting him to human resources. I'm sure she would figure out it you'd be the one to take action if she decides not to.If she's smart she wouldn't appreciate what you'd have done and there is always the possibility that she could get fired and/or drop you. I know I would drop you since I prefer men who are kind and wouldn't even think of being vindicative -- not an admirable trait. To take part in a man's losing a job or family is pretty low.

You need to leave her and her work life alone, it is not your concern and will only damage your relationship with the one you love, even though you mean well.

When you jump in, besides making you look silly, it makes her feel embarrassed and humiliated; she is a grown woman who can take care of her own work situation, trust her.

Stay the heck away from scheming to do harm to this man you "think" has something for her, if he is of this character he will be found out and you two will be out of it and safe. DON't sabotage him or you two.

Please, just work on your life together and in that, strengthen her belief to go out and slay any dragons she may have on her own. You won't have to worry about someone taking her away, because you'll know you two are strong and untouchable.

I wish you the best, its noble that you care like you do, but tone it down.

The steps to take, If any, are up to your girlfriend. Try to come to terms with the emotions you are feeling or they will eat you up. I quit relationships all together in order not to have some of the problems that you are having. I do not recommend this course of action for you.

the lesson here should be yours....do not probe in your girlfriends professional life. your need to retaliate each time someone makes eyes at your girlfriend is a symptom of your self-esteem issues. get over it.

Stay out of it. If it bothers your GF she should do something about it. She doesn't need you to take care of it. It's none of your business.

Don't do anything to him. She's YOUR girlfriend and she loves you. Who cares if he tries anything as long as your girlfriend doesn't try anything back.
