I am having lower abdomen pain on the right side right above my pelvic bone and some lower back pain that is on the same side. I can't lay on that side or stretch. I went to the hospital they said i had PID and i got medicine for it and that was over 9 days ago and i am out of medcine , but my pain is consistant and wont go away. What should i do??

Call your ob/gyn and get an appointment. It sounds like you may have a cyst in there. But, since Im not a doctor I cant be positive. Only your dr can tell you exactly what is going on and will treat you accordingly.
Good luck. Ive been there, done that and know EXACTLY what you are going through.

I do not know what PID is but not much is located in that part of the body bowel's, appendix, ovary, are you having any other symptoms? hard to say with the information you gave? Is your bowels moving good? If not check that. Are you sick to your stomach, running a fever, having problems with your kidneys check appendix. ovarian cyst maybe you would need a ultra sound for that.

That's odd b/c I've just recently experienced the same pain and I had a ultra sound and trans vaginal done and discovered it was a ovarian cyst that was turning and a very serious issue. I would seriously suggest you call your gyn very,very soon.
