You would find out very fast how many people in this world are actually tone deaf.

It's not possible to get 100 people in tune at one time, much less the millions on this planet.

Before I answer I'd like to point out to ndar that there are over 6 billion people on this planet. Billions, not millions.

To answer your question, I must first begin with a question. Does everyone include people who are mute, deaf, or incapable of whistling?

If not, I imagine the outcome would be jealousy on the parts of the mute and incapable, however the deaf would likely just be confused as to why everyone was trying to kiss them. (The shape your mouth makes).

If so, I imagine you'd have a lot less noise than you would expect. Whistling is hard to keep up for a long time, and isn't usually all that loud. It would be a waste of time for everyone participating. Although you might all get a guinnes world record...

1. Glass broke when someone sang a very, very high C. Whistling such a pitch is difficult, if not impossible.
2. Sound travels poorest through air and therefore probably does not generate enough energy to collapse a bridge.
3. The air from your mouth dissipates at about 1.5 feet. There would be a sudden upward gust of 1.5 feet, perhaps, but change weather...nah.

Nothing, because the tone would cause everyone to f@rt at the same time and negate the whole experiment.
