I need to go back to school - speech pathology, architecture or law school?

I know those are all completely unrelated but I have no idea. Ideas from actual practitioners in these fields?

to many lawyers unless you are top of class

speech --schools are laying off
architecture--is ok but not great.

check out the top 10 highest paying jobs...
