First off - it's Smeagol, not Smeagul. Second of all, I don't really get the purpose of this question. However, if you really want to get rid of an attacking Gollum, this is what I recommend.
Get him into a riddle contest. Ask him a lot of boring riddles and make sure to get his correct. Eventually he will become upset and go off looking for his "precious". This is your chance to slip on your ring of invisibility and escape! He'll be mad, but he won't be able to catch you. Good luck.

Put your hand around his neck as long as you got some breath, make your face as mask like as possible, as you have no need for emotion, and with in minutes no more Smeagul.
