I cried when I found out he'd been hiding it from me. He said he knew I would freak out about it so he didnt want me to know. And he hides it from his parents too. Stuff like that scares me since I grew up around a man who hid drugs from me. Was my boyfriend right in what he did? Or am I right? Is it safe for him to be taking caffeine pills, creatine, muscle pills, and powders like this?

There is nothing wrong with creatine or caffeine. Do some research on the stuff he's doing. Caffeine is no more danger than a cup of coffee. I need it to jump start my work out. Protein powders can be good for you if you don't get enough in your diet. I wouldn't worry.

No, these kinds of pills are just as dangerous as any other. You may want to talk to him about this. Tell him your scared for him and you don't want anything to happen to him. Remind him of the dangers of addiction, even with a simple off the rack pill and powder are terrible. If you can't get him to understand, you need to get some help. You don't have to tell on him, just ask a doctor or somebody to maybe get some proffesional advice. Hope All goes well!

dont stress too much.
caffeine is addictive yes, but more than 80% of all office workers are addicted to caffeine, or as its also known, coffee.

And creatine is a natural energy molecule that your muscles use to store exces energy for exercise. that is why active ppl use creatine to boost their preformances.
Taking too much creatine is not harmfull, your body breaks it down to amino acids, and discards the amino acids that are in exccess.

My stepfather was a drug attic too! You know it's not good, especially if he's hiding it. Otherwise why would he have to? He must be taking it often. You can try and help him if you want... Give him an chance to stop. If he does't then lose him. He's going no where but down. You know this already or you wouldn't be so concerned.
