As a sixteen year old, the most enjoyable birthday party I can recall was going paintballing with my friends. However, this does cost a lot to rent all the gear and by paintballs. Something else that I thought wouldn't be fun at all, but actually is, is flashlight tag. We played in a heavily wooded park near my house, and everyone had a blast. Here is a link if you don't know how to play flashlight tag:http://dhfs.wisconsin.gov/kids/activities/flashlight.htm

Chocolate Lounges. They're the hottest thing today-and you don't have to be an A-List star to do it! It can be a little pricey. About $30 per person based on where you go.
