I recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 7.0 and my upper toolbar and address bar were removed. I tried deleting 7.0 and they didn't come back. I tried playing with something at the top of the screen that said address and I was able to expand it so I could use it. However, I still do not have File, Edit, View, Tools etc. Time to time I go into internet options to delete unnecessary files and change settings etc.

When you install IE 7 all you have to do to bring the bar back is press ALT (give it a shot) I know it sounds silly.... but that's all you have to do... File, Edit, etc... all those will just popup...
It fades automatically just to give a bigger view of your page which is handy.
