Sounds like you need to take a good look at yourself. You are doing something wrong!! You attract too much hate and anger in your direction. You pick the wrong kind of people to associate with.
It sounds like you feel guilty about how you broke up with your 5 year boyfriend. If you bought a lap top from someone then you owe the money. If you are not smart enough to know what you are buying that is your fault.
Who ever did this to you was wrong but clearly you are now feeling how someone else felt after you were done with them.

I agree with the karma reasoning. The average person doesn't get their tires slashed and windows smashed out of the blue. You pissed somebody off and by your list of suspects, you seem to be making it a hobby. My wife and I have no enemies. My last enemy was in high school and I lived in (ghetto) Brooklyn for 23 years.
But if you ask me, If you owe somebody money and don't pay, they'll try to steal or break something valuable to you. It's kind of conceited to think a jealous girl would go to such lengths as to be going onto your property (or having someone go onto your property) and wreck your car. But if people are petty like that where you live, I feel real sorry for you.
