Whats a good job for a college student who's majoring in Electrical Engineering? I work at a resturant right now and I don't think thats the best thing to have on a future resume.

I would go see your counselor. Ask about the work study program...maybe they have something in store for you..and if they don't, they always keep a list of local employers who are seeking college students to work for them! I would start off with going to see your counselor..hopefully they can help or at least guide you into the right direction.

Although you probably hate working at a restaurant, it is probably a good idea to stay there. I say this because when I was going to school, I worked at a local retail store because I needed a job that would be flexible with my school hours, and jobs that usually pay really well, require a lot of day time. If you are concerned with your future resume, consider an internship when you finish school. That way you will get on the job experience, and the company might even hire you.

Well if you want to do an inter ship do one that will take care of the credit hrs needed for your major. If you want a high paying job and have the body and confidence be a striper. If you want a flexible job for when you are home on the weekends and or winter break and possibly the following summer do a job at like a movie store. Blockbuster, or some local movie rental place.
