Perhaps
A. Travel to a place where people are constantly fighting.
I doubt aliens are real but if they are, they could be an example.
This would allow us to see what we do not want to become, and motivate us to change.
B. Get rid of WMD. It's causing problems with everyone. If the entire world agreed to throw away all their WMD, much less deaths would occur.
C. Stop feeling like we are superior. The whole reason I got emancipated was because my parents were way too controlling. Because of me getting emancipated, we don't keep in touch.
D. Learn to calmly debate opinions instead of screaming and fighting them out.
E. Remember your own faults. This will help us accept other people's. We all have the same amount of faults and good qualities, and we have to remember that, or else narcissism will rise up in us.
Edit: To TDS_XL: So the only way we can have peace and love is if we all have the same religion? Only people who believe in God can be peaceful?

Probably the greatest thing you can do to spread peace and love is to be an example yourself. Try to understand and love everyone you come in contact with(as HARD as that can be). But the best way to kill rudeness is with kindness. If everyone just took the time to get to know each other, they'd really see that we are all the same!!!

There are many faiths & beliefs in todays world.The best way, to approach people of all faiths & beliefs, is to talk about the commonalities among them & put aside the differences. To be more precise they all must believe in one and only one creator of everything that is God. And without this belief spreading of peace & love will not be a lasting one.

For some reason your question bring up a story I heard once and it goes someting like this.
Boss yells at worker, worker goes home and yells at wife, wife yells at son, son kicks dog and dog bites mail man.
Even though this story is short it tells alot about how people deal with each other. If we take that story and change the words it changes the whole story. Smiles and a nice word go a long way sometimes.
