It is important not to eat to unhealthy while trying to gain weight. You dont want your cholester, etc. to sky rocket. Keep that in mind. Eat fast food frequently, and go to sleep right after eating a big meal. Don't exercise either.

1.One kg in a month to gain is sufficient.
2.Find how many kg you need to increase from height weight chart.
3.Regulate you day by having sound sleep of seven hours at night only, balanced diet each four hours in day time, water each two hours.
4.Listen to optimistic music before going to bed.
5.Help your family members in household works.
6.Play with toddlers in evening at least for one hour.
7.Walk 15 minutes twice a day.
8.Remain active all day.

Lot of carbs (white bread, pasta etc), sugar and fast food. But that isn't a very healthy way to eat. I would eat a balanced diet so that you are a healthy weight.

Dont be in a hurry! If you are young enjoy these years. Once you start putting on weight you will worry about shedding it! So start with not worrying about yourself unless you are facing severe health problems because of being under-weight.
PS: Please dont measure up to external standards you will never satisfy all of them, even if you do someday you will have someone push you over!

I wish you luck, but I think your going to have to hit middle age for that to happen. Then you just look at a piece of cheesecake and wham it is slapped on your thighs,butt,hips and stomach all at the same time.
Try drinking ensure with healthy well balanced higher calorie meals.

hopefully you do not have a fast metabolism but if you don't then just sit down and eat like theres no tomorrow but do not walk alot ror doin anything unless u absolutly have to eat crappy food
p.s if u have a fast metabolism then just give up theres no way u can gain weight

it is so hard to gain weight safely but you would have to take a protien shake before you weight train, I don't think you can do it any other way and still consider it safe
