I was 4 or 5, and my older sister told me right after she found out. It sucked - but I didn't cry. I really questioned what else my parents may have lied to me about...I soon found out --the easter bunny and the tooth fairy.

It kind of hurt my trust so I would not do any of those if I ever have kids.

I found out that Santa wasn't real at age 11. I mostly found out by kids at school and hints from my older siblings such as ' when is Santa going to be done with this cause i want to play video games ' I cryed the entire night and ended up sleeping in my sisters room becuase she felt bad for me.

I don't remember how old I was, but I am guessing 5 or 6. I was in the basement with my brothers who were looking for Christmas presents. I laid down on the laundry room floor, sucking my thumb when I looked up at the ceiling. The ceiling rafters were filled with toys...including a Rubba Dub Dolly which I really wanted. I still remember thinking it odd. Christmas morning I opened a present marked "From Santa". It was my Rubba Dub Dolly. I didn't cry, but life did seem a bit different.

I was about 5 or 6 years old. I got up the night of Christmas Eve for some water and saw my parents in the kitchen wrapping gifts and putting stuff in our stockings. I went and told my 3 or 4 year old brother, but he didn't believe me! lol No, I didn't cry, at least not that I remember.

Like me you usually find out from some older aged "know it alls".I was like 8.At that age its innevitable you will find out as your brain becomes more complex and will start using its logic to figure out there is no possible way santa clause is real. After all you dont want your kid to ignorant enough to talk to strangers so you cant expect him to be ignorant enough to believe in something so farfetched as santa

I was 4 or 5 and I found out when my older brother and sister did (they found out at the same time) and they ruined it for me too. I didnt cry but I was really disappointed and wished I stilled believed. I didn't tell my mom about it until this year... it never came up before. I always pretended to believe for her.
