My reaction could be, Stalin is back - conceal the bibles from that atheist dictator who killed thousands and thousands... oh... you want to concentration on the crusades... 2000 human beings over 350 years... how selective... I doubt each and all of the companies assisting the blind, undesirable and hungry are prevailing hearts through stress on the 2nd. If aliens helped me with my desires i could hear to their message and be sure if it appealed to me. Edit: you should dig back hundreds of years to web site a Christian occasion when I can produce quite a few atheist atrocities in cutting-edge situations... i do no longer think of the strikes of a few nutters during historic past on the two aspects are information of something different than we as humanity have given administration to undesirable human beings on occassion. i'm confident there have been many atheists protesting Stalins strikes and have been given killed for it as there could have been many Christians doing a similar element on the crusades - disent interior of Christianity through people who see errors is common with the aid of church historic past. confident I believe you that using stress to indoctrinate is incorrect yet that may no longer Christianity and Jesus in no way did it nor inspired it. it somewhat is a human beings thought and it somewhat is extremely incorrect.

As far as the United States, I strongly suspect the liberals would blame Bush, the conservatives would blame Clinton and the majority of non-voters would think it was a government conspiracy - and the aliens would just leave - extremely and totally confused and frustrated.

The Daily Planet would have a headline in huge red letters:

EARTH TO ALIENS: DROP DEAD!

World gears up for war.

(PS, let's use a bunch of big cobalt bombs, if we lose, so we will leave them with a planet that cannot support any life. Let them try to clean it up.)

We would fight and try to kill them. Different cultures and religions on this planet have been killing each other since the beginning of time so why would we not fight with an alien presence.
