I am wondering if all the cosmetic procedures like laser foto facials, laser hair removal, botox, etc. ? Is it only a licensed dermatologist? Or any medical doctor? Or do they even have to be an M.D.? Can they be aestheticians with specialized training? Thanks!

It depends on the state where the treatment if offered.
In all cases, an MD can perform the procedure regardless of their discipline. In some states, the procedure can be peformed by Physician Assistants and Registered Nurses and for Laser, some states allow Aestheticians to perform the procedure as long as there is some form of Medical Oversight.

i'm thinking probably just a doc with that training can do that. I'm not sure though- check with your family doctor- they would know.
