All of these people above me are wrong
The coldest country happens to be Anarchtica(Vostok, Antarctica-128.6 degrees F )
But Its not a country. You would think Greenland since it is closer to the artic circle but its lowest temperature reading was -86.8 F
The coldest country is Russia because the city Oymyakon, Russia has clocked its temperature to be -96 F
Thats cold!

I disagree, I think the coldest place in the world is Minnesota in January. Except this year it is 45 degrees here, wow. But if you do go to Antarctica don't lick any metal poles

Vostok, in Antarctica, is correct, But even there, it is not cold enough to cause carbon dioxide to freeze into dry ice. That is why we have water ice caps at our poles and not dry ice caps at our poles like on Mars.
