you could try MileyWorld, its an official fansite for Miley Cyrus. You can have scheduled time to chat w/ Miley. Also for Cole, you could try Sprouse Boys FanClub where you could chat w/ both of the Sprouse Twins. But you also have to pay the fee just like MileyWorld.

Well I heard they hosting some kind of Miley Cyrus official website where u pay a little fee and they arrange for u a appointment on IM with miley and then get a personal phone call from miley herself and heaps of other freebies. ok... wait so how do you ppl know miley? yea and miley's world does have a fee... but a lot of ppl are able to hook up their webcams and talk to her. it's pretty cool. some of my friends have done it.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE ABOVE WHO SAYS THEY ARE MILEY OR KNOW MILEY. u can only chat with them if u know them personally, or at least met miley in person. i used to chat with miley, but now i dont chat with her anymore until i meet her.
