Im 13 and I dont have any heart problems in my family tree but for some reason my heart beats hard even when I haveint done anything. I cant feel it but I can when I touch my chest. It doesnt skip or give extra beats but its just making me nervous.
P.S it doesnt hurt either.

My little brother had the same problem for years.
My mother thought something was really wrong so she took him to see a Dr (several times). The Dr told her he was fine and 100% healthy, and just had an overactive heart beat. Maybe this is what's happening to you? To be on the safe side I would go see a doctor.
That was like ten years ago, and my lil bro now 16 is still 100% healthy.

u shud go to the doctor, my brother had the same thing. nobody else has it in my family, but he has a heart problem, im not sure what it's called. it's when your body can't handle it's self, ur heart strts beating really fast, ur muscles swell, its pretty intense, i suggest u go to the doctor

It would be a good idea to talk to your parents and have them take you for a general checkup. Sometimes it is just something you could be allergic to (such as ephedra) and sometimes it could just be that you have a fast heart rate, but it is best to consult a professional.
