I would be very careful if I were you. On the Dr Keith show they had a guest who was arrested for child pornography because she had posted nude pics on her page (of herself)!!! I also read this story about a girl who confessed on her myspace (after pleading not guilty) that she WAS guilty of DUI..which two of her friends die because she was behind the wheel. One her page, she basically blamed the victims stating that they knew she was drunk and they understood what the consequences could be (showing no remorse)..she was sent to jail for a longer period of time.
So, I'm guessing they can. Be very careful with what you put out there. It CAN and WILL be used against you.

I would think anything you have on your myspace can be used against you in a custody battle. Here's some free advice, If you're posting things that could get your kid taken away from you then maybe you don't need to have your kid's custody. What you put on your myspace speaks volumes about the person you are.

someone can also bring up things such as what you're written or said in court and they can be taken into consideration. a lot of times today employers even begin searching through prospect employee's myspace and online journals to see if they are even worth interviewing. before copyrighting it, just make life easier on yourself and take down whatever crap you have up there that you want no one else to see!

You should put it on private, by doing so, your page will not be viewable by anybody except the people on your friend list

YES IT CAN. MY SPACE IS NOT YOUR PROPERTY. YOU ARE JUST ALLOWED TO POST YOUR STUFF BUT YOU DON'T OWN IT. ANYTHING THAT IS ON THERE CAN BE USED TO QUESTION YOUR CHARACTER. IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. IT'S BEEN ON THE NEWS LATELY.
