What's the big deal, I had two dads and two mothers after my biological parents separated and then remarried. I liked them all.

Seems that way. Motherhood has been redefined. Not that it has been chaotic already. First - the birth mother lost its right if there was a legal arrangement to borrow her womb(surrogate) Now, with this ruling, both the birth mother and her diviorced ex female partner retains both titles as mother to the 5 yr old boy.
