appy pressure with a clean cloth, a sterile gauze pad is the best. squeeze the edges together with the gauze to apply pressure if possible, otherwise just press down on the area for a good 5 minutes. if that does not slow it down significantly, go to the ER as he may need stitches

I would take him to the hospital before anymore damage is done, wel depending how bad the cut it. It it's not to bad then try wraping it up until it stops bleeding

try not to give him any more erections for the next 2-3 days so the blood will stop coming out

put pressure on it with a clean cloth. go to the emergency room. be more careful next time! no cutting!
